If the product that you purchased is marked as instant , you can expect to receive it within 0-3 minutes once payment is completed, 24/7. Otherwise, the average processing time for all other products are 15 to 30 minutes from 10am to 3am daily.
Do take note there are two exceptions to this. For Maplestory R: Evolution top-up, you will be required to contact us to complete the order after payment is made. For game voucher products, you will receive a Serial Number and PIN after purchase, where you will be required to enter it on another top-up platform before you can receive your in-game items.
